JW Automarine lifeboat test kits are a complete solution for the safe, efficient and accurate water weight load testing of lifeboats.
Durable, easily handled and with a wipe clean surface, the bags are fabricated from a tough PVC fabric with a load bearing structural polyester scrim, coated with PVC for durability & UV resistance.
Our hoses, manifold and pumps are all precision made from the highest quality material to ensure durability and value for money.
Supplied complete in a fork lift/crane sling compatible, heavy duty plastic transit case. Bag Sizes from 75KG to 500KG available

JWA Load Test Weight Bags
For the testing of Cranes, Beams, Davits, Hoists and Walkways, our famous yellow water filled weight bags are the industry standard. With a 6:1 safety factor (where required, up to 35t), verified by NEL Type Testing, our bags are supplied as required with removable heavy duty webbing, shackles, links, rubber snubbers, 2.5” filling hose with Camlok valve, 4” emptying trunk with pulley assembly.
Our self-contained Lifeboat Test kits have been custom produced to ensure safe, efficient testing.

JWA Premier Cylindrical Enclosed Liftbags
For shallow water salvage, draft reduction, surface flotation and towing, the JWA range of Totally Enclosed Cylindrical bags are ideal for controlled general lifting and buoyancy provision.
The shackle location and provision of heavy duty straps ensure level lifting on awkward shaped objects can be achieved, especially when used in conjunction with lifting beams.
Remote inflation and deflation of JWA Totally Enclosed Cylindrical bags increases safety and provides lifting options for a wide range of applications.
JWA Premier Parachute Liftbags
An Open End Parachute design with a single point attachment for off angle lifting, JWA bags are in use globally for salvage, lightening and lifting. Using highly durable, premium quality fabrics, our bags survive and excel in the most difficult environments.
Manufactured to IMCA D-016 Rev 4:2016, independently tested to a safe working load ratio of 5:1 and supplied with the required Safety Inverter Line that forces deflation in the event of a dropped load, our bags are ready for immediate deployment.
